Rumours of my hospital being targeted for another anti vaccine protest on Monday. Though I respect one’s right to nonviolent protest, it is morally bankrupt to harass patients and their families who are likely going through some of the worst moments of their lives.

Look: if you cancel $10 daycare and provide a tax credit, all that happens is that the cost of daycare rises to consume the available money. This doesn't create spaces. This doesn't lower costs in the long term.

Not the first to say this, but a lottery incentive to get vaccinated is inexplicable to me. Canadians have already won the lottery. The prize is the vaccine, and if residents are reluctant to claim their winnings, I’m not sure what it might take to convince them. #covid19AB 1/4
