i have such a hard time with actual meals. my brain says that if a food is over 100 cals it's bad and i can't eat it. even if i still have a lot of cals to spend.

all i feel is fear- i looked up the polvorons i buy on amazon because i need to buy more and the listing says 80 calories- the package i have says 8 (i saved the old package so i could remember the brand) i should've known they were too good to be true
