@IndiGo6E 1359 from Mumbai to Bengaluru got delayed by 2 hrs due to an Engine issue. Airconditioner not working and passengers are sitting without proper ventilation.

Terrible service by @IndiGo6E , stuck on the runway for more than an hour for flight from BOM-BLR, no clear communication on issue, no air conditioning inside causing suffocation and still no line of sight on takeoff. Extremely poor customer experience

Everyday, after almost an hour of trying to call their customer support, the only thing they do is ask me details about my baggage over and over again, and tell me it is in Dublin or there might be a ghost scan. @Delta @FAANews @DeltaNewsHub
