My introverted side enjoyed isolation period over the pandemic phase & has continued doing so without any issues. I literally can go days being alone & literally x talk to anyone. But there's an side effect to this, i get extremely awkward when around ppl. This new me scares me.

Sometimes all one needs is for someone to look into your eyes and just understand all the feelings you're feeling and understand it without having to word it out. A hug would be a bonus points afterwards.

My level of tiredness, instead of just throwing away my used mask in the dustbin outside of the house, I threw along my car key 🤦‍♀️the struggle of getting it back wasn't helping with my exhaustion.

Over at lunch, was telling a colleague how I might need to take a few days off coz mum needs to go for a surgery. The response was, "can't a relative care for her". Was really flabbergasted by it.. Family comes first only then work. The mindset of employers/ees especially Asian🤦‍♀️

Boss says "if there's any issues, come to me" Me goes to him to highlight on something that may be an issue soon. Not even an issue yet. Gets scolded, said it's last minute and doesn't have time to overlook on petty things. Any way used is a dead end la in conclusion

I would randomly scroll through old pictures and starts recollecting the memories of the moments and miss the person I was then. The then carefree life.

3 nights of happening events in my neighbourhood. First night, there was a bomba truck and van with loud siren. Second night, there was a police chase with a microphone on. Third night there was an ambulance to pick up a covid patient few doors down my house. Quite eventful.
