Your customer support is pretty arrogant @Swiggy @SwiggyCares @Swiggy for a company which is unable to deliver a food parcel. Customer has to followup and then also your support shows arrogance. I need my food. Useless guys

@myntraSupport @myntra @AJIOLife Utterly useless @myntraSupport , you cannot resolve one issue. You have employed bots to answer customer queries it seems. What the hell is going on. Worst customer service ever. I feel @AJIOLife is much better

Hi @myntra , There is some serious issue with date and time in your organization. I have been following up for more than two weeks and every time your CS says 48hours. Maybe we are on different timezones 👍

@iamboltt news articles claiming you are no 1 is not enough , you need to prove it on the ground. How can your customer care provide a refurbished watch in replacement of a brand new watch that was not working. Name be another no 1 tech brand doing this. @amangupta0303

@fireboltt__ are you crazy? A new product does not work and on complain you replace with a refurbished product and that too a different model. If you cannot provide the replacement refund the money. @RockWithboAt @gonoise
