Healthcare is a human right—no exceptions. Every other developed nation provides some form of universal healthcare. It's unacceptable that the U.S. does not.
I should note that Massachusetts has better healthcare due to the Massachusetts Healthcare Reform—which was signed by a Republican. Also Vermont also has better quality of life than Massachusetts. So the debate is not as clear-cut as red state vs blue state.
