@lufthansa You DO NOT CARE about your customer service and responsibility when it come to refunds. Time to share some of that 6+ Billion Euros you have secured from your Government to keep you operating.

@lufthansa Also looking forward to my refund with several others who booked the same flight that you cancelled. Also looking forward to a consistent approach from your staff who give different excuses each time I call. Your processes are flawed and disgraceful 😒

@lufthansa YOU canx our flts in May due C-19, I applied for & confirmed refund. You then offered further flight change and then re-confirmed refund. Nearly 3 months later NO MONEY & you’re getting EU approved State Aid! Plse Show me your money, back into my account ASAP. thanks
