@smithECGBlog @PendellM This would like quite different without the cropped R-waves and S-waves. It’s a patient safety issue if we’re being honest.
@smithECGBlog @PendellM Hmmm. I would be worried more for a LVH vibe. I'm not convinced of those V1 and 2 being HATW and no real depression on the lateral leads either.
