राजस्थान में भले ही बिजली की आपूर्ति 24 घण्टे नहीं है, चाहे बिजली की कीमतें आसमान छू रही हैं लेकिन धौलपुर शहर में नगर परिषद की मेहरबानी से 24 घंटे रोड लाइटें जलती रहती हैं। कई बार अवगत कराने के उपरांत भी इस बारे में कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया गया है।

Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified draft regulations for Grievance Redressal. Hearings on the matter are scheduled for Dec 23, 2020. These regulations define the framework for redressal of grievances of #RajasthanElectricityConsumers #CGRF4Consumers

Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission has recently issued Draft RERC (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Electricity Ombudsman and Consumer Advocacy) Regulations, 2020. These regulations are extremely important for electricity consumers.

Excellent piece by @DrTongia and Diljit Singh. Choices are objective, but needs are not. Governance institutions need to create goal oriented frameworks / markets which can capture complexities and trigger a polarity of choices (response).
