Today I witnessed, first hand, a level of gross incompetence in business banking, that I thought not possible.

People who transfer funds for a coffee AT THE CHECKOUT need to get slapped. Same for those who get their transport card out AT THE GATE instead of before. Also, seperate airports for people who’ve flown before. Thanks for coming to my rage talk.

Whisky nerds who automatically assume that "longer fermentation" automatically means better spirit need to stop. It doesn't. It's as bad as those who think longer in the cask means a better whisky.

I just learnt, the expensive way, that the slightly cheaper Qatar flight will cost you dearly later. Don’t fly Qatar. Emirates or Qantas or BA is a million times better.
