I just ran into one of the security guards in my building. I asked if she was evacuating. She said: “On my salary, either I can evacuate. Or I can pay my rent on the first. I can’t do both.” I wish more people understood that not everyone has the privilege to evacuate. #Ida

Accepting the consequences of our actions, whether we perceive them to be fitting or not is part of the process. It’s crushing if the consequence is losing a relationship with a loved one, so please learn from it & move into integrity+consciousness of your words/actions next time
Day 6 for me. I cooked a lot, went to a street fair, cleaned and checked out a new restaurant and went to a favorite. And researched a lot of alternative drinks instead of wine and beer. Sleeping good. Happy Monday. #recoveryposse #sober
