My body dismorphia has never been worse, I looked at some old pictures and I feel like I looked sm better, I went to the doctor, I didn’t gain that much, abt 5 kg from my lw, and I'm working out a lot now, I feel stupid for hating myself sm, I hope I feel good tomorrow
I feel like I'm not even trying to recover, I'm so scared of changing too much, I know how people treat heavier girls, and I know how they treat skinny girls, there is such a big difference and I don’t want to be invisible again
