Facing instant battery drop on my Nexon EV for 3+ weeks, no callback from @TataMotors. Service center in Noida Sec-63 ignores my repeated calls. It's my 4th issue after purchase: AC compressor, charging, battery, now this. Feels like customers don’t matter.

@UPRERAofficial Thanks for your reply I will definitely do as advised, but my question is that What RERA is doing to ensure that Builder meets the time line, otherwise at the end Builder will come up with a lot number of reasons and ask for extension. How is RERA keeping track of these things.

@gdagzb GDA56875: we forced builder to resubmit the plan addressing GDA concerns on 11/05/2023. Could you pls expedite approval now? It’s been a year now since the construction is halted and we have been paying both EMI’s and Rent. Double blow to us. @myogioffice @dm_ghaziabad

@gdagzb It has been 4 weeks and no updates from GDA side. What is the use of creating ticket if there is no action? Is Twitter handle just for the namesake. @myogiadityanath @CMOfficeUP @dm_ghaziabad @Gen_VKSingh please look into the matter, there are around 600 buyers impacted.

@gdagzb @Mahagun_India Here are the project details. Please expedite the approval as we have hundreds of buyers suffering due to this. Builder has been claiming that there is no due amount or delay from his side, it is authority which is holding them to proceed with construction.@gdagzb
