Today, it's exactly a year since my ex broke up with me. The pain is easier to manage, but it has not lessened. It probably never truly will. I have been dreading this day, and while I have kept it together, it still has been a rough one to get through. So many memories.

Today has been a bad day. Normally, I would have smoked 25 cigarettes or more. I smoked 10 by now. I'm satisfied. Though I do feel like hell mentally. Also i'm now 21 years old. Yay, or something.
