As someone who has lost weight on #WFPB AND #carnivorediet AND #pkd AND #keto AND #chemotherapy, I think a diet that unnecessarily excludes specific macros in search of weight loss contributes to #disorderedeating

So much information is produced as marketing for orgs. A smaller amount of information is produced for self-promotion. A tiny amount of information is produced because of sheer delight in truth. Finding content in the last category is so hard to do.

Just discovered @TuckerGoodrich's investigations regarding vegetable seed oils - good stuff. Was a WFPB vegan for 1.5 years (now carnivore), and was wondering if veggies end up increasing n-6 to the same extent that seed oils might?

Three things #vegans need to do: - demonstrate #bioavailability of nutrients in plants - prove that #fiber is healthful - prove that plant toxins are nothing to worry about .. without epidemiology/observational studies. Otherwise, quiet. @SBakerMD @MikhailaAleksis @drjkahn
