When a potential customer independently explores your platform, is the idea validated?
After about four months, we've invited a few of the leads to pilot our platform for AI voice SDR. It's an awesome feeling.
You need to accept NO from others. That is when you start getting YES. My lesson.
Some business models allow you to enjoy lunch on their platform. One fine day, they will come to eat your lunch without any invitation. That is business as usual. If we're not prepared for a dogfight, we shouldn't be in that space.
This is so sick. A lot of effort went into building a telephony AI voice SDR that responds in under one second. It took about three months and countless experiments. Now, on to the next goalpost.
Choosing an LLM model for your application influences the following: - Accuracy - Performance - Cost No single model can excel in all these areas. It is a trade-off you must accept.
I don't know why we need 2 days to build a billion dolly business. Why they need investor money when you keep getting money from the trees. I was building one an hour. Such bulls*it to get clicks.
👑When your steps are deterministic, you don't need an AI agent.
Working software isn't always good software. Using AI to write your code? Great, you're adapting. But if you don't understand or review it, you're headed for trouble.
We humans consistently maintain situational awareness. However, AI struggles to preserve it in its original form.
We can accelerate product development with AI. However, acquiring users, demonstrating value, and getting them to pay will all take time. We just need to be patient enough!
Never believed in destiny. Until NOW. The guy who avoided marketing all his life is now developing an outbound AI voice agent—his third pivot in three months—and it's quickly attracting interest. 🔥
