"Your request has been rejected during quality check due to defects in the documents/details submitted." despite uploading a soft copy downlded still rejected

Till 2-3 days back there was no dues for me suddenly bill of Feb March becomes due for me which was well paid in advance intact I had paid extra

@mngl_in @jagograhakjago @IndianConsumerF @consumerforum_ When I ask the customer support to give me nodal officer number to escalate they give me receptionist number which always disconnect the call internationally, they say there is no separate email of nodal officer only 1 email which is the default customer support email.

Same pathetic automated response, don't even care to understand the issue probably they are not educated enough and careless to extreme. Check the screenshot attached. Same response, closing ticket without fixing issue.

@RapidoCares @jagograhakjago @IndianConsumerF Refer the screenshot attached. 2 hours wasted by this cab driver. He told he is coming initially. After some time he stopped moving and when called says he will not be coming and asked me to cancel the ride because he can't do it because of policy. He madee wait 2 hours.

The pickup location was from Pheonix mall, Viman Nagar. Check the location of the driver. He refused to come to pickup and refused to cancel the ride aswell. How are you going to compensate this? You made me wait for 2 hours.

The customer support is the worst I have ever seen till date. It's just for fool people. There is never anyone available, thus you can't report the issues, the automated response is utter nonsense. Looking at the another screenshot.
