Currently over 3 hours late for @British_Airways flight 793 and reassigned seats from the front to the back of the plane and told there is no catering whatsoever on the plane. Even for those who paid for business class! At least @Ryanair has snacks!

It’s a scandal to see so many GPs unemployed but so many patients wanting to see a GP. It doesn’t even drive down wages. Doctors are having to retrain to do other roles. #UKLMCConf

This is true but if @British_Airways product isn’t compatible to competitors then you only retain customers by offering freebies or fly direct. However there is a lot of competition in the fly direct arena too!

Yup very true. I guess this ends the prioritisation of the 4 star experience. If you had to spend your money, go 5 star!

And again the @CommunityFibre internet goes funny. You reset the box and it goes down completely. Tech support hasn’t got a clue and send out an engineer. The internet resets itself at 3am and the engineer refuses to check as the connection works when they are there. And repeat!

Opening speech at #ConfLMC24 paints a very dire picture of GP funding and worsening GP to patient ratios. Only the politicians can try and unpick this one!
