I was doing my peloton workout when I heard Nahla’s “I need something” bark. She was barking at her kong. I forgot to give it to her with peanut butter after she had dinner 🙄🙄🙄🙄. So much for that workout.

The grad party was a success.So was my genius idea for Nahla. I put a cat bell at the end of her leash and let her roam around. We don’t have a fence. She would either bark in the house or get tangled on her run so this was perfect. We could hear the bell 🛎️

It was a wild weather day in the Boston area. This is route 95. Traffic was an absolute mess. Thankfully I was not stuck in it. But I did manage to drop my sweater in a puddle getting out of my car at work 🙄🙄🙄.

This is Rufus. My great nephew!!! My niece and her husband (just married last week) rescued him as a puppy 🐶 from Helene floods. My niece @snasson3 was also an Olympic trials qualifier in the 800 M swim @CoachRobynR I think in 2016 😳. It was before 1500 was in Olympics
