Did you know that the Railgun Hotel is able to extend the launch window to Mars from 2 to 8 months? It can support 150 unmodified Starships to get there cheaper (cargo) or faster (crew) than ships using the Hohmann transfer.

With the Railgun Hotel you can send propellant containers ahead of the ship so that the ship catches up with them close to it's destination. That way you are able to slow down and even build up propellant reserves for the landing burn.

@MAstronomers The first human to set foot on Mars is a true possibility for the first time in our recorded history, that is indeed worthy of thought. Imagine being that person, watching the sunset, knowing how many people worked together to achieve this. It is truly inspiring.
