I wanted to publicly thank all the wonderful colleagues I have been fortunate to work with over the past 19 years, both in the Trust and other organisations. It still hasn't quite sunk in that I have left but I am so grateful for all the support, warmth and wisdom you gave me 😊

We set up a team to help reduce complexity in the business. Called the “cut the crap committee”, they have already reduced the number of separate monthly reports by a staggering 482. We clearly had too many, but thanks to the team for their great work on this.
