any suggestions for the highest performance #fanless laptop that is fully supported by #Linux, and #NixOS specifically? i'm eyeing the Thinkpad X13s but it would probably require more tinkering and debugging time than i can currently afford

@Lukewearechange In most of Germany demos are not allowed anymore because of Covid. People start having independend walks, preferably the same day and time. Gouvernment cannot do anything but generating fear. The film team indicates, it is a warning: "This happens, if you have a walk."

Here's my favorite git feature that no one knows about: You can reference commits using the commit message instead of the hash. The ":/" syntax accepts a regex that matches any part of the commit message, returning the youngest matching commit. git-scm.com/docs/revisions…

Imagine if universities formed a consortium to pay open source projects like Jitsi to develop and maintain software instead of pouring gobs of money down the drain for licenses for products ruled by overlords that can censor as they please.

Fun fact: During my Bachelor's final project in 2013 I filed a feature request for #gentoo about "support for 802.11s mesh network configuration" (bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?i…) and yesterday it was resolved; in less than 7 years! :-D
