What a great weekend in #Ireland for the snowdrop gala, gave a talk on winter in the garden, listened to some great speakers and enjoyed my first ever pint of Guinness. What warm, friendly company everyone was. So much knowledge at 1 event.

As trial grounds go, none get more spectacular than @minacktheatre - although today may have been a little windswept before #StormBabet. The #Aeonium don't care though, as they are put under the microscope of the Trials team from the @The_RHS.

Great visit to @frankpmatthews today. May have bought some new trees for the land as well as trees for customers. Thanks @jmadge33 for the recommendation. Have never visited the site but always had deliveries from them. Worth a visit 😁
