How do people transfer money to crypto exchanges? If I transfer from my local bank, they will hunt me down and ask if I am laundering money and require a lot of paperwork. Is there a more convenient way? (without crazy fees)

@stochastic_dev Revolut seems to work now. (They may block and ask as well - especially if a bigger amount is moved.) That reminds you that your money are actually yours only until some third party decides just to block you...
