This is honestly one of the most interesting AI projects and attempts at AGI I've ever seen in my entire life. agencyfornature and purpose_disruptors created a project to give a 150-year-old tree a brain. Sensors pick up its signals, wind, soil, even bioelectric activity and a local AI turns that into a personality you can actually talk to. It’s all off-grid and sustainable, so anyone can walk up and have a real conversation with the tree, making AI feel alive and part of nature instead of locked in a server.
