Drunk techie's six-minute havoc on Hyderabad roads kills one and injures ten He caused six accidents in just six minutes between 12:45 am and 12:51 am. His blood alcohol test showed an astonishing 550 mg/100 ml. The permissible BAC limit under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is 30 mg/100 ml. @sudhakarudumula Terribly sad. And the Nizampet resident was not even returning home. Couldn’t get to see any Kamineni Hospital in Raidurgam. Did you mean KIMS Hospitals near Malaka Cheruvu? (Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, it must be)
@sudhakarudumula The accident took place on shaikpet flyover heading towards Tolichowki side.
@sudhakarudumula This is so unfortunate. Should be given strict punishment.
@sudhakarudumula He is drunken only ? He is drunken and under the influence of alcohol ?
@sudhakarudumula 550 mg / 100 ml is risk to him and everyone around him !! Even after strict police verification for drunk driving, if we see such incidents happening, how can it be curtailed ?? Sad that a person lost his life because of his negligence !!
@sudhakarudumula People think they are invincible to easily drink and drive.
@sudhakarudumula I notice a pattern lately happening in hyderabad, several drunk & drive incidents have two things in common..... One a techie & Two excessive high blood alcohol levels. How about IT companies avoid hiring alcohol addicts by testing employees periodically for alcoholism/BAC
@sudhakarudumula He has to take care of the family of deceased for lifetime.
@sudhakarudumula It is dangerous...yet drunk people think they can control & are in senses! Lost a friend to drunk driving... he was drunk asf and he went head-on into a stationary truck on the highway cause he didn't see it! He had a 4 months old baby! :(
@sudhakarudumula What charge in India? Murder would be first. Life time prison sentence and ban from driving also. Rehabilitation is a must. Hefty compensation for the victim too. All apply in many European countries.
