@bhash @OlaElectric I made 2 bookings for OLA scooter last year and cancelled them. I've not received refund for these 2 inspite of so many followups on ticket# 1690818 & 1690465 and no reply from your support team. Its very bad support service & no response on #080-68964071

@OlaElectric I have shared the bank statement along with all details for ticket# 1690818 & 1690465 via email The 2 payment links shared earlier are still not sending the OTP to my email or mobile Pls get this fix and complete the refund due asap. I don't like to spend more time

@OlaElectric Whats the update on on ticket# 1690818 & 1690465? Its been 4+ months since the tickets were created and its taking so long to complete the refund of booking amount paid last year.. Whats so complicated to refund & unexplained delay???

@OlaElectric @OlaElectric What's the status now? Your support is not responding to emails also. Why is taking many months to refund the booking amount paid last year? Its about 1 month I posted here and still its being dragged and not providing the reason or ETA
