Awesome points raised in the parliament by @VijayGoelBJP If celebrities endorse a brand & get benefitted by it, then they should compensate for any unethical happenings. If these builders & celebs just pay 5% of what they received then they could save many families from fraud.

Mr Khattar. I booked emmar appartment in 2009 in sector 65 Gurgaon and till date they did not delivered. We complained on your cm window. But till date nothing happened. You please interfere and get our appartment

Emmar has not delivered the appartments #Emerald Floor Premier in Gurgaon to 1500 buyers since 2009 despite 95% payments made.

It is ten years long wait and innocent people are still waiting to get their house from EMMAR India in Gurgaon. The builder has taken hard-earned money from the buyers long back and not given the apartment till date.
