I've been thinking about this doodle a lot in the past years, and I'd change it from "hiring in early stage" to just "hiring". No matter the stage of your company, best hires will come through referrals and network. And no, I wouldn't fix the typo on referral 🙃

It's depressing to see so many talented people from top schools with amazing resumes go work years at FAANG, and the most they can point to having shipped are a few buttons in one minor workflow. I mean I know FAANG can afford it, but you can't. Work at a startup!

heads-up, #devrant I love how @Firebase #Firestore’s documentation of “Solutions” if just a big list of things they don’t support. How about being honest for second and change that documentation to “Limitations”? PS: Do yourself a favor, don’t use Firestore.
