need to call @AirCanada customer service from Japan since they screwed up my flight, but I can't because @TMobile screwed up my service versus when I had Sprint
If @AirCanada changes your booked flight to a @AirCanadaRouge flight you should be getting a discount. I can’t change my flight with out paying but you can change to a whole different flight experience with out any compensation
@AirCanada After damaging my luggage over a month and a half ago and the reception agent laughing at the situation, my case is still being reviewed and supposedly it cannot be escalated further? Not really confidence inspiring for my next trip in 1 month.. Not impressed..

If @AirCanada loses your bag for 6 days of a week long trip and you think @TD_Canada infinite privelage credit card will cover you for items purchased with the card that gives you the coverage you are mistaken. Both services suck. @AirCanada you make me feel sick.

@AirCanada is literally the worst My flight home from Vegas got cancelled and they sent me a $300 e-gift card to use on any flight then when I try to use it their site crashes and now it says my gift card is empty and my flight didn’t even get booked thanks for nothing 😂

I feel really sorry for elderly people who have a flight cancelled & they try to seek the compensation to which they are entitled. The amount of work to do so and the hurdles you have to jump through is really inexcusable. @AirCanada needs to be better.
@AirCanada Recently traveled across Canada, small delay, some weather, full plane. All good. That's life, not a bad experience overall. But the cheese and fruit board is the worst thing I've ever eaten. Ever. On any plane, any gas station, any conference or catered event.

@AirCanada My partner was in ER and then hospitalized 1 week before his trip. He had to miss his flight because doctor instructed not to fly. When he contacted customer service (prior to departure), he was told no refund or exchange was possible. He would lose his entire $1700.
