Extremely poor service by @JioCare @reliancejio 😞. It’s been 15 days since I booked JioFiber (LR00000WRZII). Despite 12+ follow-ups, no installation or proper response. This is highly unprofessional. Please arrange immediate refund. #JioFiber #CustomerService @TRAI

I've booked jio airfiber on 1st may 2025 and paid inr 1111 as advance in Myjio app. But till now there is no response/update regarding my order and there is no way to reach customer care executive to enquire about the order and installation details @reliancejio
