@mckaywrigley Agreed! There's an overlapping problem we're both working on - have you thought through what to do with the max-token limitation, especially as the size of the codebase exceeds the context limit? How are you choosing only the most relevant context?

UK real estate is underpinned by a relatively short-tenor mortgage market - the share of <5y fixed mortgages was as high as 70% (!) in 2017. That means that ~1.5 million UK mortgages with locked-in rates around 2% need to be refinanced in 2023 likely in the 6% area.

Because the model is large and complex, the authors also admit that they seem to only be able to sort of guess why it's so noxious. When explaining the reasons for its toxic behavior, they use phrases like, “we suspect" and "this is likely due to."
