Disappointed with @Niva_Bupa's health insurance. I was hospitalized last month in emergency due to severe dehydration. My claim got rejected with a vague reason provided by their medical team stating “The reason of admission can’t be ascertained”. Beware!

@swift_geek @Niva_Bupa I’ve had similar experience with them a few years back. It’s the worst. One of the most common rejection reason in the industry is “no hospitalization was needed”. Since then I’ve made sure to always get a note from any doctor recommending hospitalization.
