It was excruciating when my elderly dog had an accident in @Pret at dog-friendly #MotoServices #Rugby this morning, & I did my best to clean it up. Huge 🙏 to the kind staff member who rushed discreetly to my aid & did the job properly without drawing undue attention.

#litterpickingsansfrontieres This afternoon we crossed the border into @LBofHounslow & removed loads of litter & 3 flytips from the footpath from Lionel Rd N to Clayponds. Lots of thanks from passers by & 1 who asked if we were doing community service. Path may have drug problem.

I haven’t driven for two days because I didn’t need to.. 15,000 steps yesterday and 12,000 today. I need to drive tomorrow so I will.
It’s such a shame that the ill-thought out LTNs in Ealing, which are making so many lives a misery, are giving LTNs in general a bad name.
