#fail @Wegmans Food Markets poor experience with an order from Wegmans Instacart, and Wegmans corporate customer care states repeatedly there is nothing they can do about their contractor's packaging resulting in delivery of contaminated food from Wegmans.

#fail @amazon received an email that a $600 item I ordered wasn't available. I contacted them as I didn't order such an item. But they couldn't/wouldn't tell me whether I had been charged $600 unless I gave them all my credit card numbers. WTF?
