Someone should publish the % amount of revenue that comes from at-risk/value based contracts for every provider/care delivery system (over time as a bonus) Can tell very quickly who's serious about moving away from fee-for-service that way

I completed 16 years in testing 95% of the bugs I found were supposed to have been found during unit testing. It amazes me that I have built a career out of finding things I was not supposed to. Long live unit testing.

Observation: As a company scales, high-throughput is predicated on giving people read-access to critical data to allow for asynchronous productivity without communication. In a sense, "just Slacking" someone is a short-term fix with long-term consequences.

A strategy for thinking clearly: Rather than trying to be right, assume you are wrong and try to be less wrong. Trying to be right has a tendency to devolve into protecting your beliefs. Trying to be less wrong has a tendency to prompt more questions and intellectual humility.
