Loads of lizards out at a late and overcast visit to Flanders Moss today. Not the easiest to record when you've a Beagle pulling to sniff in the opposite direction. It’s a great place but I think that Drumbroider Moss up the Braes area of Falkirk is in better condition.

Overrun by mice and rabbits (which haven't been spotted here in decades) since the hutters/glampers moved into the woodland and moved the natural predators out. Hopefully this cat spotted on one of the trail cams this morning will reduce the expensive rodent damage to property.

I always keep spare SD cards in my work bag for the various devices I carry around with me. They’re usually dumped in it and hard to find so I 3D printed this little box to store them and used an adapter as a lid.

An amazing sunset behind the protected Drumbroider Moss. Due to relaxed planning for recreational huts by the Scottish government we could see people living here and trampling the rare species of sundew and sphagnum. This is one of the best examples of a raised bog in Scotland.

Jackpot having a great time with some windfall from the storm plus a timelapse that I should have kept going for longer to catch the rainbow and it’s shadow towards the end. Ten minutes of captures every two seconds for anyone who’s interested.
