In my personal opinion gecko terminal beat all the other dex tracker apps. You can save presets. Even on different chains. Se a lot more info. One app replaces 3-4 different ones that you are using. Try it, once you get used to it, its crazy efficient.

It's insane how some people say "oH tHe mArKEt Is CRasHinG". For the market to do a 3x (whatever it is) then go down 25%. For them to tell you "TolD yOu". Be carefull who you litsen to, since you need to be in the top 1% to be profitable. And most people giving advice aren't.

Weekly Advice 4. If you don’t already. Start working out. Cardio + Gym. and stretching. If possible start training combat sports. It’s basicaly the only good exersize you can do that’s also usefull.

Weekly Advice 1. Drink filtered water only that is filtered of estrogen and other harmfull substances. Sparkling water is fine, but only buy/drink water from metal and glass. Stay away from tap water, espacially in big city's.
