As we begin to emerge from this extreme weather event, I want to recognize the heroic efforts of crews from our infrastructure bureaus such as @PBOTinfo, @PDXParksandRec, @urban_forestry, @portlandwater and @BESPortland.
They have been keeping our roads safe and passable, and kept critical water and sewer services performing as we depend on them. As always, a big thanks goes to our first responders who are working with our infrastructure bureaus to get to community members in need.
@tedwheeler @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland Really, no blueprint it's not even a once in a lifetime event. Every year same shit same story
@tedwheeler @PortlandGov @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland Let’s cut down some trees!
@tedwheeler @PortlandGov @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland Why are warming centers closed tonight?!?
@tedwheeler @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland I saw a plow in my neighborhood yesterday who didn't have the plow part down and was just slowly driving around. I'm curious how that fits into your narrative.
@tedwheeler @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland Another blow job for the Portland citizenry!
@tedwheeler @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland You must be on vacation.
@tedwheeler @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland Gaslighting 101 dirty Ted.
@tedwheeler @PBOTinfo @PDXParksandRec @urban_forestry @portlandwater @BESPortland People are now out slipping and falling just because it's "above freezing". The shelters should have stayed open. I can't even get out to serve.
