Ended off the week with a brilliant Winterreise performance at the RNCM by Mezzosoprano Fleur Barron & Julius Drake. The Kabuki interludes were so refreshing to see along side the Schubert. Loved it all! 🫀🦋💫🙌
Almost at the end of the week and I've got very exciting things coming up! Been in the RNCM's Opera Theatre not once, but TWICE this week!! Eeeek! I wonder what could be up! 👀💫
So much to takeaway from a brilliant time at @Opera_North as a @LeverhulmeTrust scholar working with David Cowan, James Hurley and Leanne Singh-Levett on Pamina (Die Zauberflöte) and Tytania (Midsummer Night's Dream). I'm so grateful for the opportunity, thank you @rncmlive !

Back in the opera theatre after weeks of off-site learning for opera scenes rehearsal!! It took a while to get into it but definitely good to be back singing with a live accompanist and other humans 🥺
