I also think they're not done losing people by a long shot, and that FTC consent decree isn't a slouch either. It will probably be what bankrupts the company. Give it another week, the clown car is going to implode on multiple levels at current trends

@textfiles Pretty sure they've already missed one of the deadlines for an FTC mandated report, and I doubt there's anybody left to prepare it at this point.

@textfiles It could be any number of risks... Giant security incident, giant technical outage, FTC consent decree, disgruntled insider sabotage, DDOS without active mitigation... The risks are all additive
