@textfiles It is quite common for wealthy people to donate their valuable (and expensive to maintain) collections to a non-profit they create. Big tax write-offs for years to come. Yet they still retain complete access to it and their accountants are happier. Ends quickly after they die.

@textfiles Need to read this in detail. Visited the LCM a few years ago and was very surprised when I heard about it being closed and stuff auctioned.
