a quick summary of @QuickMobileFix - Repair was not carried out as agreed in emails. Follow-up emails ignored - Returned with additional damage (camera) - Have a VERY questionable queuing system when calling customer support. Been on hold for 1.5hrs & 1st in line for last 30mins
