It is absolutely appalling that representatives of Afghanistan’s civil society & resistance forces are not invited to the Doha conference. The plight of women & persecution of non-Pashtun minorities by tribal Taliban must stop. Otherwise, the conference will be meaningless
Tajik women in Taliban prisons.
This is what American taxpayers are paying for.
This is what Pashtun nationalism makes Pashtuns do.
We Tajiks have every right to resist militarily against America's mercenaries.
Tajiks of all political & religious persuasions are best served to focus predominantly on issues pertinent to us, as opposed to over investing in the problems & dramas of others.
Long have we prioritised excessive energy towards the preoccupation of others - this must change.
Endorsing any level of engagement with the Taliban terrorist group, a group sanctioned by the @UN, has failed to yield any positive results in recent years. This prompts a question: how can any assessment or resolution be effective if it ignores many on-the-ground realities and…
In 20 years we will still be talking and reminiscing in awe of these most sincere and gallant #Andarabi#Tajiks who resisted with empty hands at a time when everyone else fled or bent the knee. Everyone.
If not for these 1,000+ heroes from Andarab, Panjshir and surrounding…

On this day, three years ago, the southern savages assassinated Freshta Kohistani. She was a Tajik woman who stood firmly for democracy and human rights. May her memory serve as a blessing and inspiration for all those resisting tyranny. Fly high, hero.
In recent weeks, we've witnessed a remarkable display of unity among Afghanistan's resistance groups - encompassing military, political, and civil groups. This unity is not just symbolic; it's a concrete step towards rescuing our homeland from the clutches of oppression and…

One faction is rooted in recent colonial history and Pashtun hegemony to justify the existence of an Afghan ethno-state to exploit. The other wants to free itself from this regressive Pashtunwali-Deobandism, and the geopolitical forces behind it.
Pashtuns will never support Tajik resistance. Deep down, the truth kills them inside. Distorting history is their defence mechanism against their severe insecurity. They can't stand Tajiks fighting for freedom, while their kinsmen represent oppression and backwardness.

For so long Tajiks have lived in fear of being called names and attacked for even mentioning "I am Tajik".
Every other ethnicity was accepted for saying they're Hazara Uzbek or Pashtun. Only we Tajiks were shamed into avoiding saying "من تاجیک هستم" in front of non-Tajiks.…
According to the Pashtun nationalist Taliban these are brothels, so therefore Tajik Uzbek Hazara (77%) women and girls must suffer the lack of education because of the Afghaniyat/Pashtunwali culture of the 23% primitive minority.
The Taliban is 'irreformable.' They are ideological to their core. The notion that there are 'moderate' ones within them doesn't make sense as decisions are made by their 'supreme leader' whose decisions are final and followed blindly by rank & file. 4/4

#Afghanistan is a 'country of minorities,' with no ethnic group forming a majority. In other words, Afghanistan is multicultural and diverse society. Though linguistically the overwhelming majority is Persian speaking. Also, as the national ID, the term 'Afghan' is contested. 3/4
The painful pattern of the past two years: a large number of Pashtun politicians, activists & 'intellectuals' have joined powerful lobbies to argue that the Taliban can be 'reformed,' and way to achieve this is 'engagement, engagement & engagement.' 1/4

“Until the day the Taliban willfully accepts a process resulting in an election for a government by the people, for the people, through a system acceptable to everyone, by the grace of God, our resistance will continue.” @AhmadMassoud
