A custom model that has been a long time in the making. GBHtrain helped make it happen, based on the Belgium State Railway type 14, which was based on the Caledonian Railway 900 class, my own CR loco, the CR 1000 class. The Adam's Radial Tank was the base model
Something a bit different to run on my club layout...
Well, that has made a day take a bad turn...
I had my little Rapido H class out on the club layout today. It goes so much better than a YouTuber claims it does...
A photo of 2 of the 3 engines I took with me on the weekend to my local club. I had them hanging out in a fill yard as the mainline at the time was a bit too busy for my liking, specially with 735, as if she has to stop it is a bit hard to get her moving again
Decided to take out CR 735 to my local club again. This time it was pulling most of my rake of Horntlby 6 wheel coaches
And the second loco is my Princess Royal, Queen Maud
I try to take 2 locos each week with Mr to my local club. This week I bought my Midland Compound
Well, a Lion pulling a Lion. And it seems like I must have got one of the good KR models Leaders, as mine runs great, even though it was in the middle of being run it when I did this recording
I picked up some more timber for the second layout that I have been slowly working on. I should share some photos at some point of the slow progress
I quickly had out the new loco that came in today, a Dapol Manor, with DCC sound installed. It ran much better than I thought that it was going to, specially pull those coaches, as the Dapol 4300 could not do it without dropping the tender
I had to get out 735 for a bit of a run before it runs next weekend
