I lost weight by only cutting out these three things: - Eating fast food - Drinking alcohol - Drinking soda And replaced with this instead: - More protein - Water - Diet soda It’s not rocket science. It’s just making healthier choices 💯
There are going to be times where your fitness goals are thrown on the back burner. That’s called “life”. Family comes first, or maybe it’s work, business…whatever. The fact of the matter is, your day to day life doesn’t have to revolve around fitness to see results.
If you… - Only ate organic foods - Drank only reverse osmosis water - Worked out everyday - Avoided all toxins - Never drank alcohol Guess what…. You would still die one day! Health and fitness shouldn’t be restrictive. It should be balanced & sustainable. Go have fun :)
