what reading the CSS docs is like IRL
@thecodercoder I feel your pain! Trying to navigate through the CSS docs sometimes feels like finding your way in a maze. But perseverance pays off, and mastering CSS will open up a world of design possibilities! Keep going
@thecodercoder Me whenever I try to write a simple piece of front end UI
@thecodercoder I mean it is not that complicated but all the technical words make it seem complex lol 🤣
@thecodercoder CSS was a such a pain to learn and I’m still not great at it but I can get through it…painfully
@thecodercoder This is why we need a no-code revolution. Too many of humanity’s precious finite time is wasted in these corporate jargon of abstraction over abstraction.
@thecodercoder 100 reasons why i wont go back to css from tailwind
@thecodercoder 🤣 Exactly! No jokes, the same rabbit holes occurs with programmatically generating Excel and Word with OpenXML.
@thecodercoder Half of these things down the line will break stuff that you thought of as done.
@thecodercoder css docs hell 😂 btw free Palestine 🇵🇸
@thecodercoder seriously just give the things margin top 0 or something....do not read mdn docs, they're a nightmare.
@thecodercoder This is the reason why in the beginning of my self taught webdev career I never used mdn but w3schools.
@thecodercoder Thanks Jess. I believe there's the only way, the truth, and life: Backend Engineering
@thecodercoder At some point you have to put aside the manual and grind for 10 hours relying on border 1 px solid and console.log() 😂
@thecodercoder If CSS is a person, then he must be the most weird and random person alive! Fixed, relative, absolute, sticky! 😂
@thecodercoder @youngseebi The element in which the container sits formats context for the content of which sits inline or internal blocks. Often: Div //context container Div //block container div //block Content I don't mess with css very often so context & block container may be flipped
@thecodercoder This why I've a dislike to web designing in general, as learning backend first I prefer to have a good understanding of concepts to use & getting deep level understanding of CSS is just too much 😂
@thecodercoder These docs are why sites like this exist: css-tricks.com Also, W3 docs are a gateway to madness. Pretty sure if you can make it to the end, you'll start seeing Cthulhu.
@thecodercoder I write random css properties then than analys the result then again write similar properties and that's my whole day
@thecodercoder This never happens irl. I have never read css docs.
@thecodercoder 😂😂 the C in CSS stands for cascading.
@thecodercoder Mau nangis aja rasanya tiap baca dokumentasi di front end 😭
