Before we ask God for another mic, let’s ask God for a soul. I have found that although the pulpit is an honor to stand in, it’s much less rewarding than being in the trenches of life with someone. Coffee, please! ☕️>🎤

I initially thought it was about my gift (external). If I’m not aware, I can rely on this a little too much, neglecting the solidification of my character (internal). Gift may capture the attention of man but character is what matters to God.
