Good! Now stop selling Shilajit and abstain from deceiving people, on the magical properties of this resinuous piece of rock formed from decomposition of plants and mold, for whatever "medical" claims has been made from ancient, primal, pseudoscientific Ayurvedic texts. Shilajit has never been shown to have any preventive or therapeutic benefits. There is no good evidence that shilajit has any beneficial effects on human health. People are WASTING a lot of money on this Shilajit nonsense for so long because of fraud "affiliate" programs. PS: Watch the comments section to see very low quality evidence on Shilajit, copy-pasted (falsely attributed to "good-quality" evidence) by Pubmed scrolling, science & health illiterate keyboard warriors.

@theliverdr Is Shilajit only a thing in India or does any other region sell it as an aphrodisiac? Like Saande ka tel (Oil apparently extracted from monitor lizards whom they kill and display along with the lizard oil to prove its genuineness.
@theliverdr Doc, please no alcohol related posts tomorrow. Please. You spoil my weekends.

@theliverdr For those who have 2.5 hours to kill, and want to see two scientists/doctors discuss (and bring in Ayurveda as a ropic), watch "Debating the value of Eastern Medicine (Ayurveda)"| Healthy Gamer Dr. K. It's on Doctor Mike's channel. Doctors will understand n enjoy even more.
@theliverdr Just remembered a celeb endorsing Shilajit recently on YouTube and was actually considering to read up on it.
