Sharing with @thelocaloffer I love and admire this story because I firmly believe too few people really follow their passions. For young people with SEND identifying hobbies and having support to pursue them can be a challenge. Embrace your uniqueness.
What really disappoints in the SEND recruitment landscape is the persistence of roles like these - remote working EHC plan writers. Whatever has happened to co-production and child-centred planning? Shame on the councils who operate these practices. (Taken from an email today!)
